The season starts here

With the reorganisation of local football over the summer The Humber Premier League now finds itself with just one Division of 16 teams. Whilst it is good have a full compliment of teams in the league it is disappointing to lose Division 1. The new County Premier Feeder Division. Club Thorne join us from the Central Midlands League and Great Driffield AFC and Beverley Town Reserves were promoted from the old Division 1.

With teams losing some players and gaining others it is difficult to know where the title challenges will come from. Champions Pocklington Town will be keen to secure back to back titles and Hedon Rangers who were unfortunate to lose the ERCFA Senior Cup Final will look to regain the title they won in the 2021/22 season. A young Sculcoates Amateurs side will benefit from their experiences last season and will be there or thereabouts.
